5. Taxes

You are responsible for all duties, taxes, shipping, handling or other governmental charges imposed by any federal, state or local authority relating to your order, and you authorize Swarovski to charge the applicable charges to your credit card.

8. Terms of Payment

The purchase price for the products ordered by you is due upon the shipment of your order by Swarovski. Upon shipment, Swarovski will charge the credit card account you identified when your order was placed for the purchase price, the cost of shipping and handling and applicable taxes. You may not make any set off against Swarovski's claim for payment unless the amount set off is not disputed by Swarovski or has been the subject of a final and binding judgement against Swarovski.

9. Delivery and Reservation of Title

The products ordered by you will be delivered solely in the area of the United States of America to the address entered by you through a delivery service selected by Swarovski. You agree that the products ordered and sent to you remain Swarovski’s property until full payment has been received by Swarovski.

For products ordered on www.swarovski-crystallized.com you shall bear $ 5.99 for standard shipping within 2 to 3 weeks.

For products ordered on store.swarovski-crystallized.com Swarovski offers free standard shipping on all orders in the amount of $ 75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $ 75, you shall bear $ 5.99 for standard shipping within 3 to 7 business days.

10. Right to Cancel the Purchase

For products ordered on www.swarovski-crystallized.com
You may not return custom designed products. By placing your order, you agree that Swarovski's limited warranty applies only to defects in the materials or workmanship of the item(s) you order. We have no obligation for the design of the pieces you order and you will not receive a refund or a credit related to your custom designed product.

You may return off-the-shelf products for any reason up to two weeks following your receipt of the ordered products by contacting the customer service and sending the products together with the delivery note to Swarovski. All returned products will be replaced.

You may cancel the purchase for any reason up to two weeks following your receipt of the ordered products. If you cancel this purchase, Swarovski will, upon receipt of the returned products, refund or credit any payments you have made for the ordered products.

With the ordered product you receive a printed packing list with a return form where you shall comment the reason for the return due to our information, with a pre-printed return label which you shall peel off and fix to the return-box as well as a prepaid UPS label. You shall pack up the products and ship back to us with the filled out return form on the packing list using our return label and prepaid UPS label.

For products ordered on www.swarovski-crystallized.com and for products ordered on store.swarovski-crystallized.com you may obtain further information and assistance concerning the return of the products ordered by selecting "MY ACCOUNT" from the Website menu. To cancel the purchase, you must send the products back to the following address within two weeks of your receipt of the products:

11. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

LIMITED WARRANTY
Swarovski warrants for a period of two years, beginning on the date of your receipt of the products, that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to you, as the purchaser of the products, and not to any subsequent owner of the products.
You may return defective products to us within two years of the date of your receipt of the products for replacement (subject to product availability) or a full refund, at Swarovski's option.

Include in the returned materials a written statement of the following: your telephone number, your full address, the date you received the products and the nature of the defect.
You are responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the products to be sent back to Swarovski. In the event Swarovski determines that your warranty claim is justified, Swarovski will refund to you the necessary costs of shipment through the U.S. Postal Service. You must take reasonable care that the products are not damaged during their return.

THIS WARRANTY REPRESENTS SWAROVSKI'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. SWAROVSKI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY, FROM STATE TO STATE.
The exclusion or the limitation of liability for damages according to the above paragraphs also applies to potential claims against employees or authorized representatives of Swarovski.
